Every effort is made to fulfil customers’ delivery requirements, but due to the possibility of delays beyond our control, orders are accepted on the understanding that specific dates cannot be guaranteed, and that time shall not be the essence of the sales contract.
All products must be paid for in full before delivery.
Only the Company’s Official Receipts are recognised.
Deposits taken in-store are not refunded.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the furniture ordered will:
- Fit the required space.
- The item(s) will go through doors, windows, or up staircases. If any item(s) have to be returned and require alterations, we reserve the right to charge for those alterations and delivery.
Goods remain the property of Bedland until paid for in full.
